Quantity Surveyor

My client are an inspired and thriving Office Refurbishment and Design company that are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, based in Manchester.

The role will consist of

• Control of cost and value
• Subcontractor procurement, payment and management
• Valuations
• Variations and Final Account
• Monthly management reporting
• Protection of the company's commercial interests
• Working closely with the project team to enable project delivery/success

You will need

• Prior experience with a fit-out contractor
• Hardworking and organised attitude
• Quantity Surveyor relevant degree or industry trained
• 5 years in a QS role within construction either build or fit out
