PRE-CONSTRUCTION MANAGER /ESTIMATING MANAGER

UK Leading Fit out, Design and build Contractor are looking for a precon manager to join their ever growing team in the Manchester office. 

This company have an excellent reputation for delivery high quality commercial workplaces across the UK. 

 

Duties/Requirements

You will be working with clients from the initial enquiry through to managing the full bid process including leading Estimators on bid takeoffs and scheduling, working with the design team and leading the subcontractor tender process. 

• In order to succeed, you must be extremely client facing and will have proven history with pitches and bids.
• You must have prior experience working in a precon role with a D&B company/Interior fit out company in order to come in and hit the ground running. 
• You must be capable of working independently. 
• Ideally you will hold a degree in a related Construction field. 
• You will have a strong solid career background within Interior fit out.
