QUANTITY SURVEYOR/ESTIMATOR

My client are a £10m Manchester based interior fit out contractor who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Working with some Blue Chip clients this is a fantastic opportunity to join an Employee Owned business.

Ordinarily the projects would range from £50k-£200k and you will need to manage the cycle from initial site survey, costs, procure the subcontractors and see it through to final account.

Experience working off a Schedule of Rates would be essential. 

The ideal candidate would be based within 45 minutes of Manchester as this is predominantly an office based role.
