Project Manager

PROJECT MANAGER £45-55K

STAFFORDSHIRE

 

My client are looking for a Project/Contracts Manager to join their Joinery subcontracting company on a permanent basis. They complete high end bespoke joinery fit out projects ranging in value from £20k to £1m 

You will be working closely with drawing, estimating and production staff. You will be responsible for attending client meetings, design meetings, programme preparing, managing subcontractors and Site labour as well as H&S management and procurement of materials. 

They are looking for someone who is commercially astute and has proven background of managing projects from initial concept to delivery, cost variations, payments and contract administration.        

 

Working closely with their drawing, estimating & production staff, the successful applicant would be responsible for overseeing all aspects of each project including attending client/design meetings, management of subcontractors & site installation teams, health & safety documentation and procurement of specialist materials. Being commercially astute, the ideal applicant will have experience of contract management including payment applications, cost variations and general contract administration.

Knowledge of project design portals such as Aconex, BIM & Asite is an advantage.

 

Salary

£45-55K + Holidays + Pension + flexible working etc..
