Project Manager- Shopfitting- nationwide

My client is an Yorkshire based principal contractor, who have built up a highly-experienced team of Project managers and Site Managers to lead high quality fit outs. From client brief, design, costing and right through to completion, the in house team will seamlessly transform any space with maximum efficiency.

They are looking for a experienced Project Manager for our Shopfitting team in the Ossett area but due to the nature of the work it may require nationwide travel from time to time. 

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for compiling quotations
• Cost Management – Profit/Loss
• Produce phasing documents
• Carry out site surveys/scoping visits/ pre start meetings / weekly reviews/PC
• Read and request health and safety documentation
• Communicate with multiple stakeholders both internal and external to the business
• Read and interpret manufacturing drawings and store plans, breaking down into component form
• Obtain quotations from suppliers
• Book in labour resources
• Produce fitting packs
• Ascertain material needs for projects
• Liaise with other divisions within the business as required by project

Attributes;

• 3 Years experience within a Shopfitting PM role for Retail
• Trade or commercial background
• Understanding of H&S Protocal
• CSCS card
• Strong communication skills; written and verbal
• IT Literate and confident with Microsoft office
• Team Player
• High attention to detail
• Flexible
• Positive
• Resilient

Salary- £36K-£45K
