£40K - £45K + Company Van

NORTH WEST - WARRINGTON

 

National based Contractor are looking for an Site Manager to join their Warrington Branch. Specialising in Industrial and Commercial refurbishments and construction nationwide, this company have a lot to offer and will support someone in their career as they grow with the business. 

You will ideally have 2+ year experience in a Site manager role or further years having worked as an Assistant SM. Having experience handling refurbishment/build projects with Main Contractors will be essential.

You must be looking for a longevity with a successful company and must hold CSCS Card, SMSTS, First aid, Driving license as a minimum. 

You will receive a salary DOE (c£40-45k), company van, 21 holiday + BH, Private healthcare and pension package as well as annual discretionary bonus and regular salary reviews.
