My client is an award-winning Construction & Property Management company and they are looking to expand their thriving South Manchester team.

About the client
You will be working for an award winning company on schemes across South Manchester. This is a company that understands the importance of customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

You will be responsible for

• Working alongside the Commercial team surveying for projects across the county.
• On-boarding of Sub contractors/suppliers
• Ensuring value for money & financial assessments
• Managing day to day cost control & monitoring & reporting
• Liaising with subcontractors in order to ensure sufficient resources are available and assist in the monitoring and evaluation of contractor performance
• Monitor, reconcile and recharge any costs which relate to shared cost items

To be successful

• You must have relevant qualifications
• You should have some understanding of the Social Housing sector
• You must have commercial awareness & experience in the Construction sector
• You must have an ability to work collaboratively
