Building Disrepair Surveyor MRICS- Sheffield

I am recruiting currently for an MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with Disrepair to cover areas of the North West. 

The role would be remote, 'at home working', apart from the site visits (to be covered in  the area 2/3 days a week).

A generous salary, 45p per mile coverage and many bonus'.

My client are a law firm and you would be tendering on behalf of the tenant, these surveys would be used as evidence in court by the lawyers of the firm.

We have a new and exciting job opportunity as an MRICS qualified building surveyor.

This role consists of carrying out expert witness services related to housing disrepair.

The successful Housing disrepair/building surveyor will have:

• MRICS accreditation

• Facilities to work from home.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Ability to write clear and concise reports.

• Recent and demonstrable experience in a similar role.

• Able to work as part of a team and also be self-sufficient and organised.
