RETAIL NEW BUILD - SITE MANAGER

I currently have a specialist retail contractor who are looking for a Site Manager to join the team on a long term freelance basis.
Due to securing further work they are looking for a manager who has proven experience in build and fit out.

The project is 9 month project and is c£4m in value. The first 8 weeks of the scheme is the demo of the existing store and then a complete new build and fit out.

CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid are essential.
