3 Month Contract - Temp to Perm - Contracts Manager

My client are looking for a Contracts Manager to deliver a re-branding roll out on a nationwide retail client. Each store programme between 4-7 days each, taking place in live trading stores. There will be a generally a requirement to be on site for Day one and handover. 

Duties will include; be out on setting up site, auditing, handing over

Initial 17 stores fully prepped and ready to start on site, so requirement will be out on site, setting up, auditing, handing over etc. 
Beyond those 17 there are a further 23 stores when the requirement will extend to scoping, costing, programming in addition to the above. 

There will a potential for a further 100 stores beyond so there will be longevity for the right candidates. 

You will need CSCS Card Asbestos Awareness as a minimum, ideally SMSTS and First Aid at Work. You will also need to be competent in use of MS Office (Sharepoint/Teams as a minimum)
