SITE MANAGER WANTED - REFURBISHMENT - NORTH WEST

£50-60k DOE + Package

My client are a c£30million turnover business who are looking for a Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Specialising in Rail Station works they are looking for someone who is happy to cover various types of works and it could range from ground works within the car parks, erecting waiting shelters on the platform, installing ticket machines and also including work to station buildings whether that be fit out or external repairs. This will not be a role that does any civils works on the rail. 

The successful candidate would ideally have worked on refurbishments within railway stations previously although this is not essential.

You must be able to read drawings, working off engineering drawings and have experience managing extension builds from the ground up, steel works, cladding, roofing etc.

You must have CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid as a minimum and Scaffold Inspection and PTS would be preferred but are not essential.

The successful candidate would be driven and be very client focused.

Whilst most of the work is in the North there may be occasions where working away are required but if you are it is likely to be in short bursts of 2 weeks at a time rather than for a prolonged period.
