SENIOR SITE MANAGER - c£50k + Generous bonus package

A new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Site Manager to join an International leading Fit out firm on a permanent basis in their North West office. An excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to secure a stable position, with support and progression and an array of corporate company benefits.

They are looking for Site Managers that have aspirations to work towards Project Manager and beyond. 

Duties & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for Site Inductions/Toolbox talks, Maintaining an outstanding quality of Health & Safety, Progress Reporting, Updating Site Diaries, Quality Inspections/Snagging, Ordering / Receiving of materials, attending and participating in Project Meetings. management of on-site labour, and working closely with Senior Management team.

What will you need?

You will need to hold the following;

• First Aid
• Valid SMSTS
• Valid Black CSCS Card
• Significant Fit-out Experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills and strong computer abilities
• Must be hands on, dynamic and focused
