About the Client
Our client is a nationally-operating Contractor based in Elland, West Yorkshire. With over 100 years of experience, we continue to deliver high quality buildings for our Clients, which has been achieved and retained, by an ever increasing attention to planning, organisation and management at every stage of the contract.
About the Role
Multi skilled building maintenance operative required to work within a busy Planned and reactive Maintenance environment.
Applicants must be fully competent and have experience in all aspects of building maintenance work including, but not limited to Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering and Decorating. Preference will be given to applicants with an electrical inspection and testing qualification to work along side our existing electricians when required.
Must Haves
- Experience as a multi skilled operative;
- Preferably have a electrical inspection and testing qualification;
- Applicants must be able to work alone or as part of a team;
- Must have all their own tools to complete all the types of work undertaken;
- A full driving licence is required with no more than 3 minor penalty points;

Salary- £12P/H
