Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Manchester Based
£25k + (DOE)

Manchester based subcontractor are looking for an Assistant QS to join their commercial based on a permanent basis. You'll be supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor and be supported in your role. This client complete subcontract works within the construction sector. 

The role will involve;

Supporting the Project Quantity Surveyor and commercial team
Producing commercial reports both internally and external.
Ensure the timely receipt of quotations for materials, equipment and Sub- contract works. Undertake commercial assessments of quotes received and ensure the timely placement of orders.
Regularly complete on-site measurements/ take offs.
Ensure all contractual processes are completed.

The ideal candidate;

Will hold a relevant construction qualification( QS Degree) or equivalent with experience of take-off and measurements.
Be a self starter
Hold a UK driving license
Excellent with Computers and programmes
Client facing and a good communicator
