Site Manager / Assistant Project Manager

My client are an SME Commercial fit out contractor, that are relatively new on the scene, and already have an extensive client list. They are looking for a Site Manager / Assistant Project Manager to work a hybrid role. Ideally suited to someone early in their career looking to progress into a Project manager role. 

Ideally having 1 - 5 years experience as a Site Manager or Assistant Project Manager working on Refurbishment or fit out projects. 

This company complete high spec fit out projects for Commercial, Healthcare and Offices between £100-500k typically. 

You will be handling the sites from inception to completion and managing all aspects of site. 

You must hold a valid CSCS card, ideally SMSTS and First aid.
