Finishing Manager/Supervisor

Finishing Manager/Supervisor required North West

 

Rogers Mchugh are currently representing a reputable client who are a well-established Residential Developer and contractor in the North West. They are seeking a Finishing Manager/Supervisor to join them on a Residential and new build projects. 

 

Finishing Manager duties & responsibilities:

 

You will support the site based PM and senior site manager overseeing both internal and external elements through finishing stages

You will work with the company's tracker / snagging system to highlight issues, and address accordingly whilst at the same time managing your phase of works.

Ensuring health and safety is in place

 You will be overseeing units at various stages from 1st fix through to decorating.

Finishing Manager requirements:

 

• Previous experience working for a main contractor or Developer as a Finishing Manager / Foreman
• Strong eye for detail
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (MS Word, Excel) etc.
• SMSTS or SSSTS, First Aid, CSCS Card
