Junior Quantity Surveyor

JUNIOR / ASSISTANT QS - NORTH WEST - COMMERCIAL INTERIOR FIT OUT

Are you a Junior or Assistant Quantity Surveyor who's interested in the commercial fit-out industry?

Are you looking for a new permanent opportunity?

My client are looking to add a Junior QS to their team. This is due to an increase in workload, a large number of tender enquiries and delivering excellent projects which is resulting in repeat opportunities from many of their clients.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

• Specialise in Commercial Interior fit out projects;

DUTIES

• Control of cost and value
• Subcontractor procurement, payment and management
• Valuations
• Variations and Final Account
• Monthly management reporting
• Protection of the company's commercial interests
• Working closely with the project team to enable project delivery/success
• What will you need?
• Prior experience in Office fit out will not be essential but could be benefical 
• Hardworking and organised
• Quantity Surveyor relevant degree or industry trained
• Experience in a QS role within Construction either build or fit out
