JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

My client, a leader in the Social Housing industry, are currently looking to expand their North West office based in Salford.

They are looking for eager and ambitious Junior Quantity Surveyors who can assist the commercial team delivering commercial & contractual elements of projects.

 

About you;

To be successful, you will ideally have previous experience of commercial activity on a repairs & maintenance contract within a Social Housing environment (1-2 years preferred) 
• You must be familiar with the National Housing Association Schedule of Rates to be considered for this position.
• Experience with managing Subcontractors/Subcontractor payments.
• Thorough and meticulous person with an eye for detail.
• The ability to work to tight deadlines and maintain a flexible attitude to work task and workload.
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Production and issue of client invoices
