My client, a family value led building contractor based in Manchester, are currently seeking a Business Development & Social Value individual to join their office,

 

 

Duties may include, but aren't limited to, the following

• Keep tender list up-to-date, compile quality documents for tender with quality.
• Create submissions for frameworks/ PQQs.
• Create case studies and CVs for submissions.
• Attend events for upcoming framework/ tenders.
• Attend weekly pre-construction internal meetings, 
• Attend all framework social value meetings.
• Agree ESP programmes with Clients, monitor ESP & complete KPIs/ Trackers.
• Review with the MD the strategy for CRM.
• Review planning portals for project opportunities.
• Follow up / liaise with clients by phone and email on a semi-regular basis.
• Update brochures and promotional material & website.
• Run social media accounts such as twitter, LinkedIn.
• Attend networking / supplier engagement events.
• Arrange company social events.
• Organise employee uniforms.

 

To succeed in this role, you must

• Have excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Have a full UK Driving License (preferred but not essential)
