Interior Designer

INTERIOR DESIGNER

NORTH WEST (REMOTE WORKING AVAILABLE)

£30k - £40k (DOE)

 

My client are currently seeking enthusiastic and talented Interior Designers to join their North West office. This role is perfectly suited for self-motivated team players with a positive and collaborative approach. 

You will be working alongside the internal design team, working with well-known and exciting clients on workplace/ education/ retail and healthcare projects.

To succeed in this role you must be confident and able to communicate effectively with clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create exciting designs based on conversations with key stakeholders. Supporting the client through the journey from concept through to construction utilising your skills, space planning and moving into detailed design. Conducting meetings discussing design elements, finishes and processes.

 

To succeed, you will ideally have:

• BA (Hons) Interior Design or similar.
• Software skills including AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, 3D Visualisation, Sketchup
• Technical & Joinery drawing packs
• Demonstrated ability to execute and present
• A good understanding of FF&E, colour and material specification and development.
• A clear understanding of the design process
• Ability to work towards deadlines and be organised
• Ability to collaborate with consultants, fabricators, and other vendors to achieve project objectives
• Developing and maintaining strong external and internal relationships
• Existing experience within a similar role
