FIXED-TERM CONTRACT (6 MONTHS)

£50K + c/a (pro-rata)

 

 

About the company

You will be working for an award winning turnkey fit out & refurbishment specialist working nationwide on projects across the UK.
 

About the role

You will be leading and managing an on-site team of suppliers and subcontractors to delivering a high quality project safely and in alignment with project programmes, client specifications & budgeted costs.

Day-to-day duties will consist of:

• Liaising with Project Manager & Project Co-Ordinator
• Driving a consistent & proactive approach to health & safety on site
• Manage hazards & risks
• Ensure all contractors & visitors are thoroughly inducted onto sites
• Monitor progress of project programme, minimising risks
• Building an understanding of the project budgets to drive efficiencies
• Oversee contractor performance
   

About you

To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience in managing multi-million pound projects within the retail/ commercial sectors.

You will also need the following certifications:

• SMSTS
• CSCS Black Card
• First Aid
• Asbestos Awareness
• Valid UK Driving Licence
• PASMA (non essential)
• IOSH/ NEBOSH (non essential)
• HNC/ HND Construction Management (non essential)
