Contracts Manager

An increase in projects has a new demand for an Contracts Manager to join their existing team.

As a company they deal with:• Motor Retail; 
• Commercial Office; 
• High Street Retail;
• Leisure;
• Healthcare Clinic;
• Offices

Responsibilities include:
• Handling:  Multiple projects, valuing of up £3m
• Management: Risk and Value
• Preparation: Estimates, Cost & Budgets
• Experience: Working independently, accuracy with tenders
• Understanding: CDM 2015 H&S 

The successful candidate must:
• Live within 1.5 hours of Coventry
• Studied to degree level in a relevant subject
• Retail Experience is a MUST

Salary  - Depending on Experience;
Car Allowance or Company Car
