Job Description:

Do you have experience as a Quantity Surveyor and a strong background in the shopfitting industry? We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Hull. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in the successful management of our shopfitting projects, overseeing cost estimation, project budget control, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage cost estimation and budget preparation for shopfitting projects.
2. Lead contract negotiation and administration, ensuring compliance with terms.
3. Conduct site visits and progress assessments to maintain cost control.
4. Collaborate with project teams to enforce specifications and quality standards.
5. Analyse and report on project financial performance and variances.
6. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the shopfitting or construction industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and project management software.
