Site Manager - Nationwide

Our client are a Commercial Office Fit Out contractor based in the North West of England. One of the leading contractors in their sector they will work on projects up to £10m although the average job value would range between £250k and £1.5m.

As a stand alone Site Manager you will be responsible for managing projects up to £1.5m.

The successful candidate can come from either a trade or construction degree route.

You must have:
CSCS Card
SMSTS or SSSTS, and
First Aid
Demonstratable office fit out experience

You must be based in the North West so you can commute to the office when you are not on site and the projects will be Nationwide so you must be prepared to work away from home.
