Operations Manager

My client are a FM group and due to the continued growth they are looking for an Operations Manager to join their team to head up their passive fire protection division.

The division is currently turning over £600k and with the right person they would be looking to grow this to £2m initially.

Whilst wearing a few hats to start with you will need to be able to price work, develop business and bring relationships but also build out the team and grow the division.

With the opportunity to step up to Director level or even MD of the fire protection division it is your opportunity to run a business within a much bigger business and benefit from the support that that provides.
