Graduate Project Manager 
Location - Manchester 
Salary - £26k plus benefits 

My client are a well established fit out and refurbishment client that mainly specialise in the commercial fit out sector. They have multiple blue chip clients that they have built a solid reputation with from producing high end projects. Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Graduate Project Manager. 

Job Role
● Work closely with the senior management team
● Assist in the pricing and developing project estimates in line with specifications.
● Help deliver small to mid scale projects. including contract administration duties for the contractor
● Collaborate with various teams and hold meetings to develop project plans and present them to upper-level management before starting the project
● To be able to efficiently procure goods and services for a variety of projects
● To be comfortable working with both internal and external resources as required.
● To assist projects to make sure they are delivered to the right cost and quality meeting the programme
● To ensure technical standards and statutory compliance for the projects delivered
● Work with the project managers and the wider team to manage fit out projects and ensure a smooth handover to customers
● Conduct research and present the information to allow informed decisions to be made
