Site Manager

Site Manager – Nationwide – Fit Out  - £DOE & Package & Bonus

 

I am currently recruiting for a Site Manager to control fast track fit out projects for one of the leading shopfitting contractors in the North West.

 

You will ideally come from a trade background (ideally joinery) and you will have experience of delivering fast track fit out outs on a nationwide basis as number one on site. Projects will consist of high street retailers, food retail and roll out schemes. They will range in value from £100,000 - £2,000,000 and average job value will be circa £250,000. Projects will be located on a nationwide basis.

 

My client are looking for a driven and passionate individual to join them on a permanent basis and can offer a clear progression and development path. They have a full order book for the next 20 months and are sourcing this individual due to continued growth.

 

You will hold your SMSTS, CSCS  & First Aid certificates. You will have a proven track record of delivering fast track fit out projects for high street retailers / known brands.

 

Projects:

• Fast track fit out
• £100,000 - £2,000,000
• Nationwide roll outs
• High street retailers
• Food retailers (Tesco, ASDA, Sainsbury’s, Aldi etc)
• Turnarounds between 2 – 8 weeks

 

Individual:

• Proven track record of delivering fit out projects up to £2M
• Extensive fit out experience 
• Driven
• Firm But Fair Management style
• Excellent reputation
• Structured Career History (not jumpy / freelance bias)
• Driving license
• Contactable references

 

Salary & Packages:

• £ (Dependant on Experience)
