Quantity Surveyor – Leisure Fit Out- £45,000 - £60,000 & Bonus & Package

 

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a specialist leisure fit out contractor based near Manchester. The requirement is for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who has experience of leisure fit out, fast track fit out and framework agreements.

Projects are located on a nationwide basis and will be predominantly leisure fit out projects. Projects can range in value from £20,000 - £10M with average job values circa £2.5M.My client work with some of the leading high end restaurants and bars as well as internationally known brands.

 

Quantity Surveyor Position Benefits

Quantity Surveyor Position Overview

• Ensuring project costings are met
• Ensuring compliance with the project requirements
• Agreeing variations
• Processes claims and payments
• Producing and managing costing reports
• Considering the Environmental Assessment Methods requirements when choosing suppliers and agreeing products/materials costs
• Review, prepare and issue Forecast Final Account (Cost Report)
• Prepare, submit final account on completion of works

Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements

• Over 5 years' working as a QS within the construction industry
• Proven experience of delivering fit out projects 
• Experience of working on listed buildings at QS level
• A-Level, HND, NVQ or Degree level qualified
• Excellent mathematical skills
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook
