Site Manager – Nationwide – Fit Out  - £45,000 - £55,000 & Package

 

I am currently recruiting for a Site Manager to control fit out projects for one of the leading leisure fit out contractors in the UK.

 

You will ideally come from a trade background (ideally joinery) and you will have experience of delivering leisure fit out projects including bars, restaurants, fast food, bakeries, etc. They will range in value from £50,000 - £5,000,000 and average job value will be circa £500,000 - £1M. Projects will be located throughout the UK.

 

My client are looking for a driven and passionate individual to join them on a permanent basis and can offer a clear progression and development path onto Project and Contracts Management in the future. They have a full order book for the next 20 months and are sourcing this individual due to continued growth.

 

You will hold your SMSTS, CSCS  & First Aid certificates. You will have a proven track record of delivering fast track fit out projects.

Interviews are available week commencing 13th May and will be a 2 stage interview process. The first stage will be via teams and the second will be in person.
