Site Manager – Commercial Builds

📍 Location: Leeds & Surrounding Areas
💰 Salary: £40,000 + Package

Are you a skilled Site Manager looking for your next opportunity? A well-established main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee commercial construction projects across Leeds and surrounding areas.

The Role:

🔹 Managing commercial build projects from start to completion
🔹 Overseeing ground-up construction – steel frame, cladding, concrete, and turnkey projects
🔹 Ensuring health & safety compliance and maintaining high standards on-site
🔹 Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to meet project deadlines
🔹 Problem-solving and keeping projects on schedule and within budget

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 5-6 years’ experience in site management (commercial builds preferred)
✅ Strong knowledge of construction processes and site procedures
✅ Experience in steel frame, SFS, cladding, concrete, and block & beam
✅ SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (or willing to obtain)
✅ Ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver high-quality projects
