Site Manager - Hinckley

Freelance Site Manager – Hinckley, Leicestershire, Rate - £260 £285/shift

We’re currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager for an upcoming project based in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

Start Date:

Monday 14th July 2025
Duration: Approx. 10 weeks 

Project Overview: 

This is the final phase of a commercial building refurbishment. You will be converting a designated area into a gym facility, including shower installations. The building remains operational during the works, so you will be working in a live environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily site operations and coordinate with subcontractors

  • Manage H&S on site and ensure all works are completed to high standards

  • Liaise closely with the client and maintain a strong on-site presence

  • Ensure project milestones are met and site is well-organised and safe

Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing live building sites

  • Client-facing and confident communicator

  • Able to take ownership of the site and drive the project forward

Mandatory Certifications (all in date):

  • Black CSCS Card

  • SMSTS

  • First Aid at Work

  • Fire Marshal Certification
