Freelance Site Manager – Night Shifts (ASDA Customer Service Desk)

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a Customer Service Desk fit-out project for ASDA. This role is night-shift based, working Sunday/Monday to Thursday nights (4/5 shifts per week), with the requirement to travel nationwide depending on project location.

Key Details:

  • Role: Freelance Site Manager

  • Location: Nationwide (ASDA stores)

  • Working Hours: Monday – Thursday nights

  • Rate: £300-£320 per shift (CIS)

  • Project: Customer Service Desk fit-out

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS card

  • First Aid at Work qualification

  • SMSTS certification

  • Ability and willingness to travel nationwide for projects

  • Previous experience managing fit-out / retail refurbishment projects

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to ensure site safety, compliance, and smooth delivery

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee night works on-site

  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed to programme and quality standards

  • Enforce health & safety procedures in line with company and site policies

  • Report progress and any issues to the Project Manager

  • Ensure minimal disruption to store operations
