Plasterer/Taper & Jointer

Job Description: 

We are currently looking for a skilled Plasterer / Taper & Jointer to join our client’s team on a refurbishment project on a NatWest bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, finishing, and repairing interior surfaces to a high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out plastering, taping and jointing work to a professional finish.
  • Prepare surfaces by removing old materials, cleaning, and applying base coats.
  • Mix and apply plaster or compound materials as required.
  • Sand and finish joints to a smooth, paint-ready standard.
  • Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with health & safety procedures.
  • Work effectively as part of a team or independently to meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Plasterer / Taper & Jointer on refurbishment or fit-out projects.
  • Own tools and PPE.
  • MUST have CSCS Card
  • Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic.

Duration: 2 days

Pay: £22.00 - £23.00 per hour
