Job Title: Project Manager / Contracts Manager
Location: North West (with travel across the UK)
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

The Role
Due to sustained growth and a healthy pipeline of upcoming work, the company is looking to appoint an experienced and driven Project Manager / Contracts Manager.
The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of multiple construction, refurbishment, and fit-out schemes from pre-construction through to handover — ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver projects ranging in value from £500k to £2m across the maintenance, fit-out, and refurbishment sectors.
Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle — from estimating and pre-start through to completion and client handover.
Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure programme, budget, and quality targets are achieved.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Produce and manage project programmes, cost reports, and progress updates.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on all sites.
Contribute to company growth by promoting best practices, supporting junior staff, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager within the construction industry.
Strong background in fit-out, refurbishment, or maintenance projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Financial awareness and commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets up to £2m.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and travel to sites across the UK.
Full UK driving licence.
