Job Description:

My client is a respected joinery contractor working on a large-scale new build project and they are in need of a team of 2 skilled Joiners to support ongoing works. This role involves both 1st and 2nd fix joinery across a number of new build apartments, with all work required to meet NHBC standards.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in 1st and 2nd fix joinery on new build projects
• Must be able to work to NHBC standards
• Valid CSCS card is essential
• Own tools and transport
• Ability to work efficiently as a team and maintain a high standard of workmanship
• Reliable, professional and able to work to deadlines

Duties include:
• 1st fix: Studwork, door linings, window boards, floor joists etc
• 2nd fix: Doors, skirting, architraves, ironmongery, kitchens and finishing work
• Liaising with site management to ensure smooth progress of works

Pay: £24.00 - £25.00 per hour

Duration: 6 months
