Junior Project Manager – Construction / Fit-Out

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (DOE)

We are currently seeking a Junior Project Manager to join a growing and dynamic construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their PM career who is looking to develop their skills and progress within a supportive environment.

The Role
You will support the delivery of fit-out projects across a range of sectors, including:

  • Education

  • Office spaces

  • Industrial units

Working closely with senior project managers and site teams, you will assist in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the management of construction and fit-out projects

  • Supporting programme planning, cost control, and reporting

  • Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

  • Monitoring site progress and quality standards

  • Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed

About You

  • Degree in Construction Management or a related construction discipline

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a project management or site-based role

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented

  • Ability to work well within a team environment
