Site Supervisor

Site Supervisor (SMSTS/SSSTS) – Restaurant Fit-Out Project – Bournemouth

We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor for a 3-week restaurant fit-out project in Bournemouth, to start immediately
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with SMSTS/SSSTS certification who can oversee site operations and ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently. A non-working supervisor is preferred, although we would also consider a skilled labourer with SSSTS and previous site supervision experience.

Project Details

Location: Bournemouth
Duration: 3 weeks
Start Date: Immediate
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
Project Type: Restaurant fit-out
Rate: £220-£250/shift (Negotiable)

Responsibilities

Oversee daily site activities and maintain a safe working environment
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors on site
Ensure works are completed in line with programme and quality standards
Conduct site inductions and maintain site records
Liaise with the project team and report on progress

Site Team

The project will involve a small team consisting of:

Builder
Electrician

Requirements

Valid SSSTS/SMSTS certificate (essential), CSCS card and First Aid
Previous site supervision experience preferred
Good communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage site health & safety
