Site Manager Required – Dental Practice Fit-Out

Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme
Duration: 20 Weeks
Start Date: 03/08/2026
Rate: £280 - £300/day 

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a large-scale dental practice fit-out project in Newcastle-under-Lyme.

The project consists of a full internal fit-out of a substantial two-storey building, transforming the space into a modern dental facility. The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme targets, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and health & safety are achieved throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the site on a day-to-day basis throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades.
• Monitoring progress against programme and reporting updates.
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to specification.
• Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and health & safety inspections.
• Managing site documentation, permits, and daily records.
• Liaising with the client, project team, and supply chain to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Driving quality standards and overseeing snagging and handover processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects.
• Experience delivering healthcare, dental, medical, office, or high-specification interior fit-outs is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades within a live construction environment.
• Excellent understanding of health & safety regulations and site management procedures.
