Commercial Cleaner – Car Showroom, Edinburgh (EH28 8PW)

Location: Edinburgh, EH28 8PW
Hours: Monday to Friday, either 7:00am – 11:00am or 8:00am – 12:00 noon (20 hours per week)
Pay Rate: Competitive rate of pay

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Commercial Cleaner to join our team, maintaining a prestigious car showroom in Edinburgh. This role involves ensuring the showroom, offices, and kitchen areas are presented to the highest standards, creating a clean and welcoming environment for staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and maintaining the car showroom to a high standard

  • Cleaning office areas, including desks, floors, and communal spaces

  • Cleaning and maintaining kitchen and staff welfare facilities

  • Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces

  • Emptying bins and replacing liners

  • Cleaning and sanitising touch points, fixtures, and fittings

  • Ensuring all areas remain clean, tidy, and presentable throughout the working day

  • Reporting any maintenance issues or supply shortages to management

Requirements

  • Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred but not essential

  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness

  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

  • Right to work in the UK
