Floor layer - Oxford

We're looking for an experienced Floor Layer to join one of our excellent long-standing clients for a 1-day night shift at Screwfix.

This is a great opportunity to work with a client who expects a high standard of workmanship. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can complete the installation to a professional finish.

The role will involve laying approximately 40m² of vinyl sheet flooring, including welding the joints, so previous experience with sheet vinyl installation is essential.

Role Details:

  • Location: Screwfix
  • Duration: 1 day (Tuesday or Wednesday – with the potential to work both nights if available)
  • Hours: 6:00pm – 6:00am (Night Shift)

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS Card – essential.
  • Valid Asbestos Awareness Certificate – essential (we can help you obtain this if required).
  • Previous experience laying vinyl sheet flooring.
  • Must have your own flooring tools and welding gun.
  • Able to lay approximately 40m² to a high standard.
  • Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in producing quality work.
