Freelance Site Manager – Re-Roofing Project

Location: Sheffield
Start Date: Monday 17th August 2026
Duration: 6+ Weeks
Day Rate: £250-260/shift 

My client is currently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a re-roofing project on an education site in Sheffield.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements – Essential

You MUST hold all of the following:

  • ✅ CSCS Black Card
  • ✅ SMSTS
  • ✅ First Aid at Work
  • ✅ Asbestos Awareness
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within roofing or refurbishment projects
  • Strong knowledge of site health & safety procedures
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
