Site Manager - Cardiff

SITE MANAGER - FIT OUT - CARDIFF

My client are a large London based Contractor who are looking for a Freelance Site Manager for a 4 week fit out of a Car Showroom in Cardiff.

The project is about £200k in value and involves flooring, ceiling and partitions. The hours of work will be 7:00 - 17:00 but will include weekend works also due to the tight timeframe of the programme.

Health and Safety is important in the current climate and so you need to be able to demonstrate being strong on health and safety whilst also pushing sub contractors to deliver the completed project in a tight timeframe.

To be considered for the role you must:

Have CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid;

Have a proven track record in interior fit out projects;

Be based locally and commutable to Cardiff.
