SITE MANAGER - HOUSING - CUMBRIA

My client are a housebuilder with an excellent reputation for delivering high calibre housing and projects.

With a turnover of over £200m they are growing and have some fantastic projects upcoming.

Due to an increase in workload they are looking for a Site Manager to run one of their sites based in Cumbria. The scheme is c100 units, is traditional build and will be on site for a minimum of 3 years.

The successful candidate must:

Be based within a 30-40 minute commute of Cumbria;

Have CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid;

Have a proven track record within the house building sector;

Have experience working on Traditional Build Housing.
