GRADUATE / TRAINEE QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Manchester based client are currently looking to take on a Graduate Quantity Surveyor or Trainee QS to join their growing team. They are a progressive development company who create innovative schemes and investments, delivering new homes and regenerating urban neighbourhoods. They have schemes across Manchester, South Trafford and Cheshire and pride themselves on the individuality and quality of their works.​

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is at the beginning of their Quantity Surveying career, looking for a company who will support them and encourage their career progression within the company.

 

Essentials:

  • Quantity Surveyor degree
  • Placement year or 1+ year in Industry
  • Hard-working and motivated
  • Experience with Bills of Quant and Procurement
  • Computer literate

Desirables:

  • Experience with Residential build
  • Driving license
