SITE MANAGER - SOUTH EAST

My client specialise in the build and fit out of Industrial Units and due to their recent growth they are looking to add a Site Manager to the team. Having recently turned over £40m they are growing rapidly and this is an addition to their current settled team. The projects are predominantly c£2m - £10m in value and are based in the South East.

As Site Manager you will be responsible for the progress of the job, all on site health and safety, checking rams, liaising with the sub contractors etc.

The scope of works would normally involve steel frame build, access roads, facade and fit out.

Experience working on Industrial unit build would be preferred. CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid are essential.
