About the company

Interior fit out specialists are looking for a Project Manager with extensive experience in Interior fit out to join their growing team on a permanent basis. With over 20 years experience, this company has gone from strength to strength and is not slowing down. They have an excellent reputation and boast an impressive list of high profile clients. You will be working from their office in South Manchester.

About the role

You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and handling multiple projects concurrently, predominately in Office fit out. You will handle the project from inception to completion, including managing Site Managers, Labour and sub contractors. You must be proficient in ASTA or MS Projects, being able to programme the project will be essential. 

Essential requirements

• You must hold SMSTS, CSCS Card (Ideally black), First aid as a minimum. 
• Be proficient in ASTA or MS Projects and able to programme efficiently. 
• Hold a valid UK driving license
• Have a minimum of 3 years Project Management within Internal Fit out
• Be looking for longevity and progression with a company.
• Computer literate and strong communicator
