SITE BASED PROJECT MANAGER

NORTH WEST (MANCHESTER)

£50-55k + Package

Main contracting New build & Refurb client are looking for a Site Based Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis. You will be leading a Construction site team on projects between £5m - £23m. 

The projects can vary within the Commercial, Residential and Public sector. 

This company have a huge order book for 2022 and are going through a steady growth period so now is the time to get your foot in the door as the possibilities for progression are imminent.

What will you need?

• You will need prior experience as Site Based Project Manager with a Main Contractor on projects upwards of £5m. 
• You must be client facing.
• You must have proven history managing projects from inception to completion, managing sub-contractors and be the direct contact with the client. 
• Must have experience Project Managing fit out and refurbishment projects.
• Experience in procurement.
• Conduct client, progress, and site meetings.
• Experience in creating and editing programs when required (ideally with use of MS Projects or ASTA)
• Need to have a current SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos awareness as a minimum
