Site Manager wanted

Retail fit out 

£45-55k 

An award-winning South West turnkey contractor are looking for a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis. They are a UK Based shopfitting company primarily offering construction and electrical solutions to the retail and property sectors. They pride themselves on their customer satisfaction and employee retention. Their unique approach to employee support has resulted in 11 years of Gold awards. 

 

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, your duties will be:

• Requisition of materials
• Managing subcontractors
• Issuing sub-contractor short term programmes
• Holding regular progress meetings
• Updating the construction programme
• Managing trades/labour on site
• Checking the quality of all plant on site
• Managing H&S on site
• Attending monthly cost meetings
• Client liaison

The successful candidate must have:

• Site Manager experience working for Blue chip clients 
• SMSTS, CSCS (ideally Black), First Aid
• Willing to travel as required
• Driving license

 

They offer a competitive salary between c£50k dependant on experience, company vehicle or allowance, and package.
