Graduate Quantity Surveyor

Trainee Quantity Surveyor

Drylining, Rendering and External Wall Insulating Contractor based in North West.

The ideal candidate:

Will hold a relevant construction qualification (QS Degree) or equivalent with experience of take-off and measurements.

Hold a UK driving license

Excellent with Computers and programmes

Client facing and a good communicator.

 

The role will involve:

Supporting the Project Quantity Surveyor and commercial team

Producing commercial reports both internally and external.

Ensure the timely receipt of quotations for materials, equipment and Sub- contract works. Undertake commercial assessments of quotes received and ensure the timely placement of orders.

Regularly complete on-site measurements/ take offs.

Ensure all contractual processes are completed.
