Contracts Manager

About:

My client is one of the North West’s primary Drylining and Rendering Contractor and they looking for contracts manager to join their team.

Balancing office, site-based & site visits work you will be responsible for the management and success of several projects, including customer relations, health and safety, quality, environmental and programming.

 

Your responsibilities:

Maintaining effective and long-term relationships with clients.

Ability to prioritise and meet pre-defined deadlines.

Being proactive in the identification and resolution of problems.

Reviewing methods of working, alternative materials etc to maximise commercial profitability.

Managing, monitoring, supporting, mentoring, and members of the project teams in their personal development.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

High level of leadership and management skills.

Technical experience and knowledge in drylining, plastering and other fit-out trades.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

High Level of Health and Safety awareness.

 

Qualifications:

Degree (or equivalent) in appropriate subject preferred but not required.

Professional relevant qualifications.

Appropriate CSCS Card (SSSTS / SMSTS)

Experience in a similar role.

Experience as contract manager or similar.
